Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • A few ripe bananas
  • A cup of yogurt
  • A glass of milk
  • A little lime juice (to taste)


Instructions:

Step 01 - Preparing the Bananas:

First, peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces so they are easier to blend.

Step 02 - Adding to the Blender:

Put the cut banana pieces into the blender jar.


Step 03 - Adding Other Ingredients:

Now, add the yogurt and the glass of milk to the bananas. (If you are using lime, add about a teaspoon of lime juice. This enhances the flavor and prevents the bananas from discoloring).


Step 04 - Blending:

Blend everything well until the mixture becomes creamy and smooth.

Step 05 - Serving:

Pour the prepared smoothie into a glass and serve.

(Optional: You can also add a little sugar or honey and a few ice cubes if desired.)
